When I decided to rent my 3 bedroom house in Gatineau Quebec I had no idea really where to start other than the internet. I began to look for a professional agent to help with the marketing and execution of the rental. I was very lucky to happen upon Michael Lederman in my search, I made the call Michael and he got back to me immediately something that would be automatic throughout the process. Thing the stood out about Michael's service was his professionalism and accessibility. Michael was not afraid to give the right advice even if it meant passing on a tenant that my not have been beneficial to me even though he would have gotten paid sooner. His suggestions for staging the house all worked out to expectations. In the end I was able to rent my home to fantastic tenants who have been nothing short of ideal.

In our view, Michael Lederman is a role model for what a real estate agent should be. Michael is a very ethical, consummate professional who is both strategic in his thinking, while paying attention to details in the process of selling or buying a property. Holder of an MBA, he is fluently trilingual (French, English and Spanish), tireless in his efforts and he makes you - the client - his utmost priority. He also goes well beyond what is expected of him. We have rarely experienced this level of service from anyone in our lives so far.
Michael brought in his stager who helped present our beautiful house in an even better light than it already was, which surely helped us sell more quickly. It then took us less than two weeks to sell our home for the price we wanted. He was contacting us daily to keep us posted on new developments, until we sold.
The experience was similarly successful for the buying part. We visited a few homes according to our criteria, and found our dream home quickly. I can't say enough about this real estate agent. If you want your house to sell and don't want all the hassles or stress that come with selling property, Mike is you man. He even paid for someone to stage my house and we had an offer the next week. Done Deal. The only agent ever to have provided me with useful tips and continuous feedback. Michael provided excellent and very professional service which resulted in the sale of my country home near Campbell's Bay Quebec. It was ultimately a difficult sale due to its locaiton and the condition of the property.
